You can choose the type of paper and colours for your trophy at no extra cost.  If none of our upholstery fabrics suit you, you are free to make specific requests for your cinema chair or you can choose your own subject matter if you prefer our hand-painted cinema chairs. Costs will vary depending on the complexity of the drawing and will be agreed in advance. Customized orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns will be accepted only in cases where the item and the package arrived damaged. Please send an email with documentation of the damage and you will receive a confirmation with the waybill to be attached to the exterior of the shipment. Returned items must be properly packed. The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
